This page explains what information this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. Items in square brackets must be completed.

Data collected

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, company, project type, budget and message.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you wish, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

Your information is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless a business relationship begins.

Recipients

The information is for Nova only. It passes through [name of the form service, e.g. Formspree] to be delivered by email. It is never sold or shared.

Storage on your device

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. While you fill in the form, a draft is kept in your browser so your message isn't lost if the connection drops. It is deleted after sending and is never sent to us without your action.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to hello@nova.example. If you live in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
